Our upfront pricing policy means no surprises for our customers. We charge a standard "Diagnostic Charge" to come to your home or business, which is typically $75 in most service areas. ($100 for after hours or weekends)
If your problem is simple, that may be all it cost you to have your furnace or air conditioner back up and running. If however a replacement part or extended labor is required, the cost will be explained to you before we proceed. If the price is not agreeable to you, all you owe is the original diagnostic fee. For our loyal customers that are on our preventive maintenence program, there is no after hours charges and they receive a 10% discount off of repairs and replacement parts.
