For our new installations, we offer a reward for letting us take care of your investment. Our equipment is covered by a 10 year warranty on replacement parts and the labor warranty is 1 year. If a customer participates in our preventive maintenence program on their new equipment, we extend the labor coverage on their system for up to 5 years as long as they are current on their P.M.'s. We find that with the equipment kept cleeaned and adjusted properly that our installed equipment very seldom breaks down. In the unlikely event that there would be a repair needed, there would be no charge.
