     We charge $75 in most cases to come to your home or business, diagnose the problem, and make minor repairs.
     If the problem requires more time or a replacement part, the Technician will quote the price to you and make sure you approve before any further work is done.
     If it is something simple, all you owe is the $75, no other fees or charges. If you choose not to do any further repairs, all you owe is the $75.
No games or tricks, all up front and honest.

     Heat Pumps are one of the most important peices of equipment to get inspected because if they are not getting the job done of heating your home, they have a control that should bring on resistive (electric heat strips) to maintain room temperature and compensate for a poor performing heat pump. The problem is the outside heat pump can continue to run even though you are not benefiting from the elctricity it is consuming.
     If your heat pump looks like this, that is bad. You need to call for service.
     If your unit is running all the time but the air coming out of the register sometimes feels just slightly warm or even room temperature, you need to call.
     If your unit puts out a burnt smell, you need to call.
